1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between 8fbb (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services offered at 8fbb.io.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 8fbb platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 8fbb. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 8fbb website accessible at 8fbb.io, including all associated pages, features, services, sportsbook markets, casino games, and payment functions.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Player following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 8fbb account at any given time, including real-money deposits and any awarded bonus funds subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the 8fbb platform for all financial transactions.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means the mobile wallet services currently accepted by 8fbb for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures applied by 8fbb in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the 8fbb platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all 8fbb accounts without exception.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an 8fbb account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as an employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of 8fbb or any of its partner organisations in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or for the purposes of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

8fbb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided during registration at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or mobile wallet account confirmation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) account on the 8fbb platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where 8fbb identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. 8fbb accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8fbb immediately via the contact details provided in Section 16. Any bets placed or withdrawals initiated using your credentials prior to your notification of a security breach will be treated as having been authorised by you unless 8fbb determines otherwise following investigation.

8fbb reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — where it suspects fraud, identity theft, bonus abuse, money laundering, match fixing, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8fbb platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8fbb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. It is your responsibility to ensure that the mobile wallet account used for transactions is registered in your own name and matches the identity details on your 8fbb account.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 8fbb account balance promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the mobile wallet service and network conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 8fbb does not charge a fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days are typically processed within 24 hours. 8fbb reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 8fbb account.
• 8fbb reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Player's account balance if the request cannot be processed due to verification failure or payment provider rejection.
• Funds deposited via a particular payment method must complete any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal to a different payment method will be approved.
• 8fbb is not liable for delays caused by mobile wallet providers, third-party payment processors, or banking infrastructure outside our direct control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

8fbb offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the Player.

The following general conditions apply to all 8fbb bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Claiming a welcome bonus via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 8fbb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already accepted and partially wagered will continue to be processed under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process, or used to fund deposits into third-party accounts.
• Where 8fbb determines that a Player has used co-ordinated or systematic play — including low-risk bet pairing or any strategy designed to guarantee a positive return from bonus funds — 8fbb reserves the right to void the relevant bets and cancel the associated bonus.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the 8fbb platform, you accept the specific rules governing that bet type or game. Sportsbook rules governing cricket markets, football, kabaddi, and other sports are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

In respect of casino games, the rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are determined by the game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are available within each game's help section. 8fbb does not modify game mechanics or RTP settings.

All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. 8fbb reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error or system malfunction affected the odds, bet acceptance, or game outcome.
• Where the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing mistake.
• Where the relevant sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules.
• Where 8fbb has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a match or event has been compromised.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game, the records held by 8fbb's system logs shall be the primary reference point. Where a discrepancy exists between the Player's view of events and the platform's internal records, the platform records shall prevail unless a technical error can be demonstrated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8fbb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or co-ordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 8fbb platform for any financial transaction connected with illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8fbb staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.
• Using the platform on behalf of any other individual, including acting as an agent for third-party bettors.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 8fbb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software code, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of 8fbb or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 8fbb.

Game titles, studio names, and associated visual assets displayed within the casino lobby (including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the 8fbb platform under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8fbb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 8fbb account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8fbb shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the following types, whether direct or indirect, even if 8fbb has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss.

• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

8fbb collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and customer support. By registering with 8fbb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that certain data may be shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers — where necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

8fbb applies industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and internet connection when accessing the platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Termination

You may close your 8fbb account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8fbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• 8fbb is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• 8fbb determines, at its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the account presents a risk of harm — financial, reputational, or legal — to 8fbb or to other users of the platform.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

In cases of termination for breach of Terms, 8fbb reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money deposits, where such funds are linked to the prohibited conduct that triggered the termination.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 8fbb holds its international offshore gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 8fbb's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players based in Bangladesh acknowledge that Bangladesh's Public Gambling Act 1867 predates online gambling and does not explicitly address offshore internet betting. By using the 8fbb platform, you confirm that you have independently assessed your own legal position and accept all associated legal risk.

Nothing in this clause prevents 8fbb from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing harm caused by prohibited conduct.

15 Amendments

8fbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address associated with your account. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 8fbb platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. 8fbb recommends that all Players check this page for updates each time they log in, particularly before placing bets or making deposits during promotional periods.
